Studio apartment for 2 people is located on the ground floor of a family house with its own entrance and sea view.

The apartment area is 20 m2 + terrace in front of the apartment with table and chairs.

The apartment has a double bed, an equipped kitchen with crockery and cutlery, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a kettle and a coffee machine.

The apartment has a bathroom with a shower.

The price includes water, electricity, bed linen, towels, final cleaning and tourist tax. The air conditioner is paid separately for 7 euros per day.

It is possible to enter the apartment after 1 p.m. on the day of arrival, and the apartment should be vacated by 9 a.m. on the day of departure.

For the reservation you have to transfer 20% of the total amount for the stay to our bank account.
